Specifications include, but are not limited to: System must be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week unless otherwise determined by Tennessee Tech. 2. Must have the ability to automatically import and export student and registration information from ERP (Student Information System) and into ERP daily. 3. Must be able to receive and handle over 2,000 system/server requests at a given time without causing server timeout or system downtime. Server/data center must use a secure encryption for data/information. 4. Registrant access portal must be customizable and allow client the ability to edit content and match portal to client’s institution’s branding. 5. Registrant users must be able to re-access system to change/modify existing registration. 6. System must be mobile device friendly (tablets and mobile phones) and ADA compliant. 7. Must have the ability to accept reservations for various orientation program event types. a. Includes creating student groups and cohorts to personalize content for targeted population or restrict access. b. Registrants are only able to see programs & content available for their student type.
