Specifications include, but are not limited to: Providing full design services including architectural, engineering, and consulting services for the program validation, design, contract documents, and construction administration. Two qualified designers will be established to allow for consistent design services for multiple office space consolidation projects utilizing Alternative Workplace Solutions (AWS) standards. It is anticipated there will be 15-25 separate office space consolidation projects having a cumulative fee potential up to $900,000 and consisting of interior renovation elements such as new finishes; restroom upgrades; lighting upgrades; furniture; reconfiguration of space within current moveable furniture guidelines; and modification of all associated electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection; access control, and communication systems. Designers will be selected for individual SBC office space consolidation projects in State-owned and leased office space throughout the Middle Tennessee Region based on workload and their experience within a specific facility to ensure continuity.
