Specifications include, but are not limited to:Non-Roadway Snow & Ice Services-• Contractor shall provide services at the individual location described on the specific location’s Agency Evaluation Model specification sheets. • Contractor must use equipment of sufficient size and type to ensure snow and ice services are completed in a timely and efficient manner. • Contractor must plow snow from all parking lots so that all parking spots are continuously available. • Contractor shall remove snow (via shovel or snow blower) from sidewalk areas as specified in the specific location’s Agency Evaluation Model specification sheet. • Contractor must have equipment and staff to adequately perform the specified services, and in the event of mechanical breakdown of trucks or equipment, will be expected to provide backup service so that the non-roadway snow and ice services will be performed as required. • Any and all damage to parking lots, buildings, curbs, pavement, shrubs, fences, etc caused by non-roadway snow and ice services will be repaired and/or replaced the following spring by the Contractor. Contractor will provide spreading of de-icing material when a snowfall occurs and/or icing conditions exist. Contractor must utilize best judgment when providing spreading of de-icing material in order to prevent slips and falls, assuring that the safety and security of the public and employees are taken into consideration at all times
