1.Cabin one (1) master bathroom shower shall be wheelchair accessible and all ADA requirements. 2.The Contractor shall provide and install a new 60” x 49” inch wheelchair accessible fiberglass shower pan for Cabin one (1) master bathroom. 3.The Contractor shall be responsible for moving drain line and make all plumbing modifications as needed to install new shower pan. 4.The Contractor shall provide and install a new single handle shower value with single function shower head, personal shower, 24” grab/slide bar and metal lever handles. 5.The handheld shower spray unit shall be mounted between 38” and 48” inches above the shower floor, the shower controls shall also be mounted within the same range. 6.The Contractor shall install new folding shower ADA Compliant satin stainless steel bench, left or right-handed will be determined by location of shower controls. 7.The Contractor shall install a new 36” inch long straight grab bar, 18-gauge stainless steel with smooth satin finish, 1 1/2” diameter that extends 3” inches from wall with structural blocking to be ADA compliant.
