REISSUE RFP
The Commander of Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Navy Morale,
Welfare and Recreation (MWR) is a United States (U.S) Department of
Defense (DoD) agency that provides Quality of Life (QOL) support services
for Military Departments, Military Members and their families under
conditions of peace and war. Child and Youth Programs (CYP) is a QOL
service that supports DoD families worldwide as they protect and serve our
country. CYP provides high quality, innovative, accessible and affordable
child care that supports school readiness, and recreational programs for
children and youth worldwide.
The purpose of this requirement is to implement and support a new
Enterprise CYP Management System that is capable of managing all CYP
programs. The Child and Youth Program Management System contract
shall entail project management, implementation, on-going support,
system accreditation, DoD cybersecurity requirements, privileged IT
support and web application hosting support.
The modules for this requirement shall include a Child Care System, Web
Access to include a parent portal, CYP Management System, Business
Intelligence and Central Data Storage and Reporting. Contractor shall
provide software, maintenance and support for the aforementioned IT
Support systems. Maintenance and support shall be required for periods
longer than eight hours to support the overseas locations.
