Otherwise, the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302. This Sources Sought will utilize North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811210, Medical and Surgical Equipment Repair and Maintenance Services with a small business size standard of $34 million, and Product Service Code of J065, Maintenance/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment, Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for bids, proposals, or quotes; submission of any information in response to this request for information is purely voluntary; and the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Requirement: Seeking Midmark Corporation Preferred Partners and Trained Delivery teams with documented experience in project management, pre-delivery site survey, pre-delivery setup, delivering, de-installing, installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and basic user operating instruction of Midmark exam tables/chairs to Midmark standards. Requirement is for service within VISN9 coverage, which includes the main facilities and outpatient clinics. - https://department.va.gov/integrated-service-networks/visn-09/ Service to be provided within normal business hours and days with potential consideration for weekend, holiday, and after-hours work on an as-needed basis covering an ordering period of five years.
