Mowing sites include eight (8) county properties: Courthouse (mowed weekly), Adams Bldg (side and back of building weekly), Old Jail, Ballfields/Arena (includes Rescue Squad, Extension Ofc, old Reach Bldg), Health Department, Ambulance Service, Community Center, and Convenience Center. Each site is to be mowed and trimmed every two weeks and sprayed as needed. The Courthouse and Adams Building are to be mowed weekly. Services to be rendered: 1) Mow all properties every two weeks or three times a month (depending on need and schedule). Courthouse and Adams Bldg mowed weekly. 2) Trim around all buildings, fences, sidewalks, etc. 3) Spray as needed. 4) Tree limbs and other storm debris must be removed by the contractor. 5) Blow grass off all sidewalks and parking lots. 6) Any downspout extensions and drain covers removed for mowing must be put back in place.
