Project Description: Exterior and interior renovations to include water intrusion repairs, mechanical system replacement, and all required related work. Designer Scope: Interior and exterior water intrusions repairs; mechanical system replacement with new controls and new electrical service, as required; water heater replacement; new fire alarm system; and exterior repairs to include, but not limited to, shutters, stairwells, lighting, masonry joints, mechanical pad and enclosure replacement, metal roof replacement at library. Out buildings and structures, such as the annex, servant quarters, kitchen and library buildings, are included. Lead based paint is to be expected and further testing will be completed by the State.
