• Mobile collection and disposal of Household Hazardous Waste (HHW), • Mobile collection and disposal of Very Small Quantity Generator (VSQG), • Packaging and disposal services for fixed locations collecting HHW waste, and • Removal and disposal of outdated and unwanted chemicals from schools. The State is seeking proposals from qualified Respondents to provide hazardous waste management services, including the collection, packaging, transportation, recycling, treatment and disposal of household hazardous materials, including universal wastes and other recyclable materials, collected through mobile collection events and fixed collection programs, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and in a manner that is beneficial to the communities and environment. The maximum liability for the resulting contract is $4 million ($4,000,000.00) for the entire term.
