The Electric Power Board of Chattanooga (EPB) is seeking comprehensive proposals from qualified Microsoft Licensing Solution Providers (LSPs) and/or Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs) to establish a strategic, cost-effective, and flexible Microsoft software licensing agreement. This partnership aims to secure optimized licensing, ensuring access to essential Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure services, and Dynamics 365. The desired solution must support EPB's current operational demands as an electric power utility and fiber optic communications provider and offer a scalable foundation for future strategic initiatives, with a strong emphasis on security, regulatory compliance, robust support with defined SLAs, and training resources. EPB is particularly interested in a licensing model that offers agility in scaling licenses, transparent pricing, and a favorable total cost of ownership, potentially transitioning from its current Enterprise Agreement.
