A) Provide all material and equipment needed to construct the building B) Permits to be supplied by contractor C) Bid must show breakdown of pricing to include but not limited to: o Cost of building (see specifications below). NOTE: Vendors must obtain a current, project-specific quote from Arco Building Systems for the pre-engineered building package. The City reserves the right to verify pricing directly with Arco Building Systems. o Cost of erection (including equipment rental if necessary) o Cost of concrete foundation (including saw cutting, compaction testing, and concrete pier footings. Coordinate with City provided site plan and foundation drawing requirements. D) Minimum 1-year workmanship warranty E) Minimum 20-year warranty for galvalume metal panel substrate and painted finish
