1. The Provider will provide onsite mental health counseling services for 30 hours per week. 2. Mental health counseling services must be provided in substantial compliance with correctional mental health standards and guidelines for best practices established by organizations such as the American Correctional Association (ACA), the National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC), Tennessee Correctional Institute (TCI), and Transition from Jail to Community (TJC) model. 3. The Provider must recruit, interview, hire, train, and supervise all mental health counseling service providers and such mental health counseling service providers must adequately meet all conditions and specifications as outlined in this RFP, the proposal selected, and the resulting contract. All mental health counseling service providers providing services under this contract must hold designations and certifications and/or licenses required to practice in the State of Tennessee.
