1. Demonstrates ability to perform the required lead clearance services, including: (a) Staff capacity and (b) Relationship with NLLAP laboratories 2. Provides evidence of appropriate licenses required to perform the Services. (Including adhering to Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) requirements regarding lead abatement activity and provide a valid and current copy of their Lead Abatement Firm certification issued by TDEC. Including valid and current copies of all Risk Assessor and Paint Inspector Certifications issued by TDEC for all team members participating in the contracted inspection.) 3. States willingness to enter into a Contract with the County for the described roles and services proposed in the RFP. 4. Provides evidence of past experience and current knowledge in lead-based paint inspections (i.e. clearance testing). 5. Demonstrates experience in preparation of EPA/State reports and documents 6. Demonstrates familiarity with HUD, EPA, and State requirements and regulations 7. Provides list of HUD Section 3 vendors participating in this project and percentage of projected Section 3 vendor participation 8. Provides cost justification with regard to 2 CFR Part 200 and its requirements to be compliant with federal guidelines.
