The Contractor shall provide the following boats: a. Acceptable Boat Model: Bay Boat with center fiberglass console. Style Performance Outside-Chine Stepped Hull 1. Boat Dimension: Length 23’0” (minimum) – 25’0 (maximum) 2. Beam 102” minimum, Transom Height – 25” (minimum) 3. Fuel Tank shall be 90-gallon minimum capacity. 4. Fresh Water Tank 8-gallon minimum capacity; Boat Requirements: a. Shall be 100% Hand Laminated Fiberglass Construction. b. The Hull support system shall be composite construction material (no wood allowed). c. Hull- Outside-Chine Stepped Hull design for stability and High-Speed Performance. Insides and bottom shall be filled with closed cell foam flotation to the extent possible. d. Driver seating shall be leaning post with footrest and back rest, all welded construction. Foam padding for seats shall be a commercial grade density. e. The color shall be white. f. Deck shall be an anti-skid gel coat. g. Instrument Panel to include: 1. Tachometer 2. Speedometer 3. Engine water pressure gauge 4. Voltmeter 5. Navigation/Anchor light switches 6. Cigarette lighter receptacle or similar device for running portable electric equipment. 7. Fuel gauge 8.
