Specifications include, but are not limited to: Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Highway Safety (MeBHS) will be accepting proposals for a contractor to serve as Law Enforcement Liaison. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek to engage a contractor to serve as a Law Enforcement Liaison to assist in the MeBHS efforts in conducting traffic enforcement and highway safety initiatives with Maines local police departments, county sheriffs, and Maine State Police. This Law Enforcement Liaisons responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, promoting, marketing, and assisting with the implementation of national and state highway safety programs, addressing occupant protection, impaired driving, speed management initiatives and other traffic safety initiatives
