Interior Restoration • Selective demolition and disposal • Floor restoration, insulation, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing • Lath and plaster finishes or Sumner County approved alternatives • Interior and exterior painting 4. Site Improvements • Curb cut, culvert, landscaping, fencing, and lighting • Driveway and Parking area development 5. Historical Integrity • Any visible materials and finishes must reflect historical authenticity or accurate reproduction • Interpretive signage and documentation of changes 6. Special Requirements • Compliance with preservation best practices and local/state/federal codes • Engage with “Friends of the Latimer/Brown House” nonprofit for long-term care and interpretation • Permit and fee coordination through Sumner County government • All construction drawings shall be produced by licensed architects
