The scope of this project is to design and construct two prototypical Hardware Secure residential youth development facilities for the Department of Children's Services. The facilities will include residential, educational, food service, recreational, clinical, and office space. The two facilities will both be located on the same grounds as the current John S. Wilder Youth Development Center that is located in Sommerville, Tennessee with one of the facilities accommodating 72 beds with the ability to expand the facility to 96 beds and the other accommodating 24 beds with the ability to expand the facility to 48 beds. In addition to the two facilities, there will be a new maintenance building, likely erected as a pre-engineered building that would be on the grounds to service the campus.
