MDHA is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to provide the following services: Paint: Prime and paint walls for the office and computer lab at John Henry Hale, measuring at approximately 1152.18 sq. ft. Provide surface preparation, one coat of primer, and one coat of paint after priming all walls. Interior paint includes insecticide, mold, and mildew resistant additives. Special licenses are not required for the additives to be applied; however, Contractor’s are to ensure application follows the manufacturer recommendations as described on the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). Any paint from the hinges or hardware must be removed. Paint Color: SW 7640 (Fawn Brindle). Satin Finish. Deep Clean Carpet Tiles: Select chemicals and equipment on the Carpet and Rug Institute’s (CRI) Seal of Approval list. The chemicals and equipment listed at www.carpet-rug.org have been tested and certified for Mohawk Carpets. Do Not use a spin bonnet, as it can damage the fibers in the carpet. Ensure carpet is completely dry and free of stains. Contractors are to ensure application follows the manufacturer’s recommendations.
