Main Lobby & Entrance a) Daily 1. Clean all doors and entrance glass 2. Clean all glass partitions and walls 3. Empty and damp clean all trash receptacles and replace liners as needed 4. Police exterior of entrances and immediate walkways to remove debris, trash, and cigarette butts 5. Sweep/dust mop all flooring 6. Spot mop to remove spills 7. Vacuum walk off mats b) Weekly: 1. Clean exterior of trash containers 2. Clean benches (Inside and Outside) 3. Wipe Monitors 4. Damp clean baseboards and windowsills 5. Clean and polish all metal door handles and kick plates 6. Remove cobwebs and dust from ceilings, corners, and air vents, utilizing an extension pole where needed. 7. Wipe and clean handrails and touch surfaces c) Monthly: 1. Low dust all horizontal surfaces to hand height (70") 2. High dust above hand height all horizontal surfaces including any shelves, moldings, ledges, pipes, ducts, vents, baseboards, monitors, and heating outlets 3.
