General Cleaning: One time per day seven times a week: The contractor shall furnish a crew of reliable and experienced janitors to perform all nighttime janitorial services to accomplish the following janitorial services seven days per week. The City shall provide a schedule of any holidays or non-business days on which janitorial services will not be required. Work shall take place from approximately sunset to sunrise, during which time the Golf Club will not be open for business. The City will provide cleaning supplies and transportation to restrooms on Golf Course and maintenance facility. a) Vacuum all floors in all offices, lobby and Appalachian Room and Restrooms b) Empty all trash in all buildings daily. c) Wet mop all tile floors on tile and concrete floors in all buildings d) Wipe down and disinfect public stairwell handrails e) Spot clean carpets f) Clean entrance windows and all glass doors throughout the building g) Clean all restrooms both at Club House/ On Golf Course/ Maintenance Facility • Clean glass, mirrors & metal trim, countertops, and stall doors • Replenish towels, tissue, soap, and empty trash containers • Sweep, mop, and remove all debris and stains from floors. • Disinfect allsurfaces of toilets, urinals, counter-tops, sinks and trash containers. h) Clean all trash receptacles and replace trash liners as needed i) Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners (inside and outside of building) j) Dust all furniture, windowsills, blinds, and foyer one time weekly Quarterly cleaning: Contractor shall furnish a crew of reliable and experienced janitors to accomplish the following janitorial services once every 6 months: A) Clean all windows above 7 feet in height other than the entry doors which should be cleaned regularly.
