• Paintwork includes painting all designated (per attached map) classrooms, hallways, restrooms, library, and any previously painted casework. Highlighted sections on map will NOT be painted. • Paint color to match “newer” addition. Owner will notify contractor of selected paint color(s) prior to work starting. • Contractor shall provide adequate protection to floors, glass, cabinets, and all other surfaces not being painted from spills and splatters. • Before painting, it is the contractor's responsibility to ensure all surfaces being painted are clean and free of any dust or foreign materials. • Contractor is responsible for moving any/all necessary furniture that needs to be painted behind including but not limited to shelving in Library. This also includes putting furniture back in place once painting is completed.
