• Provide (1) one new 4-ton packaged unit that meets the following specifications: o A 14.3 SEER1 heat pump packaged unit with rooftop curb adapter or better, or its equivalent in SEER 2 or better. Vendor must show SEER conversion and be approved by Finance. o Balance outside air to 160 cfm o Equip with 9kw electric heat kit • Install new 60 amp 208/3V (3#6, 1#10G, 1”C) circuit to existing panel board • Removal and disposal of the existing unit. • Provide any required piping, valves, and electrical installation, including new insulation and heat tracing for the outdoor CHW piping, if necessary. • Provide tie-in to the building’s existing BAS system costs to be included, if necessary. • Any crane rental and trucking costs shall be included. • Assume the use of the owner’s dumpster for the disposal of everyday construction trash. Any big items shall be hauled off by the vendor. • Respondent shall list warranty information and an approximate lead time on their bid submittal.
