The scope of work is to provide labor, transportation, equipment and material for the purchase and installation of display and conferencing equipment in designated meeting spaces and offices at the following MLGW locations: (1) MLGW Administration Building located at 220 South Main Street, Memphis, TN 38103; (2) MLGW Electric & System Operations located at 2425 Covington Pike, Memphis, TN 38128; (3) MLGW Netters Business Center located at 1665 Whitten Road, Memphis, TN 38134; (4) MLGW ESO Warehouse located at 6400 Shelby View Road, Memphis, TN 38134; (5) MLGW North Service Center located at 1060 Tupelo Street, Memphis, TN 38108; and (6) MLGW Joyce Blackmon Training Center located at 4949 Raleigh LaGrange Road, Memphis, TN 38128. Building locations are subject to change and other locations may be added as warranted. The systems to be installed include commercial-grade monitors, wireless grade monitors, wireless presentation systems and associated audiovisual infrastructure to support efficient collaboration and seamless video conferencing compatible with platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Webex as outlined in the Contract Document and Specifications. Onsite training for End Users and Information Technology Staff, along with User Guides and Quick Reference Sheets must also be provided.
