Crossville Fire Department is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced grant writers or firms to provide professional grant writing services. The selected consultant will assist our Firebased Emergency Medical Services (EMS) in identifying, applying for, and securing local, state, and federal grant funding to start operations, training, equipment, and community programs. The selected grant writer will be responsible for: • Researching and identifying applicable grant opportunities for Fire-based EMS. • Preparing grant applications, narratives, budgets, and required supporting documents. • Coordinating with department leadership to collect necessary data and information. • Ensuring compliance with all application requirements and submission deadlines. • Providing guidance on grant reporting requirements, if awarded. • Maintaining clear communication throughout the grant development process.
