Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Lessons and activities connect to key state academic standards for ELA and math • Introduce concepts by connecting what students will learn; to what they may already know; to prepare for TN Ready. • Provide key ELA and math academic vocabulary in context. • Provide a pre and post assessment with guided instruction, questions, hints, and checklists at point of learning. • Apply learning independently with questions that mirror the TNReady assessment. • Teacher Editions should support instruction to incorporate Tn Ready goals of success • Teacher Editions should have a clear pacing and differtiation supports for teachers • Implementation training and professional learning support includes both on-site and digital opportunities
