Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State’s Bureau of Parks and Conservation seeks strategic golf operations consulting services for the state-operated golf courses and related operations that are part of Tennessee State Parks. Broadly, this project will include (1) a detailed analysis of the current golf operations, including an assessment of the associated land, facilities, equipment, and financial performance; both singularly for each golf course and against local and relevant competitive sets; (2) an assessment of future viability of each golf course; and (3) detailed recommendations for each course and as an enterprise upon which the State may execute to operate its golf courses at break-even financial performance or better.
