• Demolition of existing 400A transfer switch along with associated conduit and wire. • Demolition of existing pad mounted generator along with associated conduit and wire. • Installation of concrete pad for generator. Installation process will include extending the length of the existing concrete pad in order to accommodate for the size of the new 200KW generator. • Installation of new 200KW generator onto new generator pad. • Installation of new 1200A transfer switch inside the main electrical room. • Installation of generator remote annunciator. Installation includes conduit control wiring from annunciation to generator. Generator Company is to control terminations on annunciator and generator. • Installation of emergency stop push button. Button is to be installed in a visible location near generator. Install includes conduit and control wiring from push button to generator. • Installation if generator battery circuits. Circuits to be installed in the existing panel inside main electrical room. • Installation of control conduit and wiring from automatic transfer switch to generator. Control terminations are to be made Generator Company. • Installation of (3) 3’ conduit with #500 kcmil size wire from new 1200A automatic transfer switch to existing 1200A main panel. • Installation of (2) 3’ conduits with #500 kcmil size wire from 1200A automatic transfer to switch to new 200KW generator. • Wire terminations at CT cabinet, transfer switch, and generator. • Material debris cleanup.
