Specifications include, but are not limited to: preventative maintenance services for eight (8) city owned generators. The qualified bidder will work to maintain all units through a preventative maintenance contract. Preventative maintenance will include but is not limited to testing, inspecting, repairs, and emergency services. The bid should include pricing for scheduled quarterly maintenance services as well as “as needed” or emergency basis maintenance and service. The selected bidder shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and transportation required to provide preventative maintenance inspections and emergency repairs as needed. Preventative maintenance will be completed quarterly in the summer, fall, winter, and spring.
