Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project will provide for the replacement of HVAC equipment and associated systems. Project includes all related work.; Mechanical equipment upgrades will replace outdated HVAC Mechanical Equipment for the General Education Building (GEB). GEB equipment will be upgraded as follows: Multi Zone Units (#1 and #11), AHU (Air Handling Units #1, #2a, #2b, #4) RAF #1, and Roof Exhaust Fans 5 in total.; The GEB is primarily heated by a perimeter supply with antiquated VAV controls that are original to the building which render the large interior lab spaces to colder temperatures during the winter season.
