Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendors specializing in lawncare to furnish all equipment, labor, professional services, and materials necessary to provide ground maintenance. The proposal must include a lawncare plan for each facility per the following requested services: • Mow, Edge, Trim and Blow all cut grass and debris from all sidewalks and driveways • Maintain all flower and shrubbery beds free of weeds and grass clippings • Pick up all trash and liter, to include all brush and weeds • Prune all trees and shrubbery • Fertilize all lawn areas • Pretreat flower beds for weed control • Spray insecticides as needed on lawns, trees and shrubbery beds • Replace shrubbery, flowers and trees as directed by MTA’s representative • Mulch flower beds • Pick up and remove all fallen leaves in the fall • Snow removal and deicing on all sidewalks and parking areas • Conduct spring start up and winterization of irrigation system
