Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all materials, labor, services, supervision, tools, equipment, permits, and all other items necessary to complete the entire scope of work included in all construction documents and specifications. The bid price is also to include all related permit fees and permitting expenses related therewith. All work is to be performed in accordance with the latest edition of the Florida Building Code (FBC) and all local, state, and federal regulations and MDPD Intracoastal Station Restroom and Locker Room Renovations Construction Documents and Specifications. The bid price shall include the removal and proper off-site disposal of all work-related debris.
