Description of Demolition or Associated Work All debris shall be removed from the park property and disposed of in accordance with all applicable ŘôČŪīÍťĖĺIJŜϠϙŪIJīôŜŜϙŜŕôèĖƱèÍīīƅϙIJĺťôîϟ 1) The Contractor shall demolish the concrete walk-in front of the bathrooms to install new drains. 2) The Contractor shall demolish the “L” shaped fence petitions located in front of the bathrooms. 3) The Contractor shall remove topsoil for new sidewalk installation at bath house QXPEHURQH7KH&RQWUDFWRUVKDOOUHPRYHPXOFKIURPȵRZHUJDUGHQDWEDWK house number two (2). 4) The Contractor shall dispose of topsoil, concrete, and mulch on park at a location provided by the park manager. New Work Bath House number 1. 1) The Contractor shall locate the drain in the demolished sidewalk in front of the bathhouse. After locating the Contractor shall cut the drain and install a “T” to allow for the installation of a four (4) way connector to accommodate the installation of two (2) toilets and two (2) hand sinks in this space to be framed in. 2) The Contractor shall in at approximately seven(7) feet from the existing bath room wall frame a two (2) by six (6) by twelve (12) foot tall wall twelve (12) feet in length with treated framing to create a new exterior wall to house/ create space for two new bath ŘĺĺıŜϙôÍèēϙıôÍŜŪŘĖIJČϙŜĖƄϙϼ͕ϽϙċôôťϙƱŽô ϼ͔ϽϙĖIJèēôŜϙĖIJϙſĖîťēϙæƅϙƱŽôϙϼ͔ϽϙċĺĺťϙŜôŽôIJϙϼ͖ϽϙĖIJèēôŜϙ in length interior. Wall plates shall be anchored by powder actuated nail or lag bolts. 3) The Contractor shall frame in a divider wall at the center point of these two additions using treated two (2) inch by six (6) inch treated material and covering with 5/8 treated plywood after installing plumbing for hand sink and toilet valves on this wall. This plumbing shall include the waste stack for the hand sink, and vent stack in both rooms. 4) The Contractor shall provide and install treated framing for the entry (front) wall including accommodations for a thirty-six (36) inch door to be hinged at the outer wall. 5) The Contractor shall provide and install 5/8 decking grade plywood over the exterior of framed in area in preparation for Hardie siding to be installed at completion. 6) The Contractor shall supply and install ½ inch decking grade plywood over the exposed windows in the framing area. The Contractor shall also supply and install 7/8 cabinet grade plywood, staining it to match the existing in the interior of the existing bathrooms. 7) The Contractor shall supply and install framing to create a front slope to the existing roof. The forward slope (slope in the opposite direction of the existing roof) shall be a minimum of twenty-four (24) inches in width and be continues the length of the building. There shall be six (6) feet approximately that shall cantilever at each end and the contractor shall provide laminated two (2) by ten (10)-inch framing to support this cantilever weight. This two (2) by ten (10) laminated beam shall be supported by the two (2) by six (6) framed wall that was constructed as an exterior bathroom wall. The Contractor shall frame the roof extension to the laminated beam and supply decking for roof installation. All roof and ceiling joists shall have hurricane straps installed. 8) The Contractor shall provide and install a new standing seam metal roof on the roof extension matching the existing standing seam roof on the existing building, also providing a ridge cap at the transition. The exposed roof extension underside shall be covered with 5/8 decking grade plywood as a base for Hardie to be installed to match the existing. 9) The Contractor shall supply and install two (2) by six (6) rafters as ceiling support in the new bathrooms. The contractor shall supply and install green board sheet rock in the ceilings. Hurricane straps shall be used to tie rafters to framed wall. 10) The Contractor shall provide and install house wrap/ moisture barrier over exterior walls. The Contractor shall also provide and install R-19 insulation in all exterior walls and R-30 insulation in ceilings during construction.
