Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Local-network football video system for twelve (12) coach stations and two (2) video editor stations as well as a cloud component for player video viewing on personally owned devices. b. System must be robust enough for the video editor to quickly ingest, edit, and share game, practice, and opponent video out to the coach stations. System should also be detailed enough for the coaches to use cutup footage provided by the video coordinator and also to create and build video edits and graphic reports specific to the weekly opponent and to self-scout analysis throughout the season and off-season c. System must provide the ability to create cut-ups and create markups of recorded video. d. System must support and provide necessary cowboy remotes for every purchased station. e. System must include a local-networked video storage system where each coach can watch and analyze video, and video editors can edit and distribute video content. f. System must run on the Microsoft Windows platform. g. System must provide the ability to share and distribute content to players for independent review on their personally owned devices without using primary coach or video editor stations – preferably via the cloud. h. Contractor must provide on-site training of software with the initial purchase and each renewal of the contract. In addition, Contractor must provide on-site training to new coaching staff as employed. i. Contractor must provide a dedicated point of contact for Tennessee Tech to gain support 24x7. j. Contractor must work with Tennessee Tech’s Information Technology Services personnel on implementation and support of system.
