The City of Portland is accepting sealed proposals for a 2-year contract to provide a fireworks display in the evening at the annual Strawberry Festival on May 8, 2026 and May 7, 2027. The proposal shall include the following • Ability to provide a soundtrack that can be simultaneously broadcast with the display. • Detailed description of the proposed display including shell size and quantity as well as an outline showing the number of ordinances used per 5 minutes of the display • Display shall only include aerial fireworks. • License to conduct fireworks displays in the State of Tennessee • Insurance Certificate • Each show shall cost no more than $20,000. • The display shall be 15 minutes in duration The display set up area will be at Elvis Brown Little League Park located at 110 W. Market St. Portland TN 37148 with most of the viewing public being located on E. Market St. between S. Broadway St. and S. Russell St. in Portland TN
