Electric Power Board of Chattanooga (EPB) is seeking vendor support services for Cisco hardware and software deployed across its systems/network environment(s). This support renewal is intended to ensure continued access to Cisco technical assistance, software updates, security patches, and hardware replacement services required to maintain network stability, security, and operational continuity. Cisco equipment covered under this support renewal includes, but is not limited to: - Core, distribution, and access network infrastructure - Routing, switching, and network services platforms - Network security and associated software components - Optical, transport, and supporting network devices A detailed list of covered equipment, support SKUs, and associated part numbers will be provided in a companion Excel spreadsheet and incorporated by reference into this document.
