Specifications include, but are not limited to: Install approximately 500’ total linear feet of new 7-ft high picket according to attached drawing, black coated metal fencing and one (1) 22’ x 7’ cantilever slide gates with heavy duty gate operators and access controls. Fencing and gates shall be superior or equal to Aegis II-“Invincible 3-Rail” style by Ameristar. The system shall consist of all components including, but not limited to, the following: pickets, rails, posts, and hardware. Install one (1) STANDALONE KEYPADS WITH 400 MEMORY access control systems with AI phones connected to the Armory with a 7-inch monitor. POWER CIRCUIT (120 OR 240V/SINGLE PH) TO BE PROVIDED AT CANTILEVER GATE with LOW VOLTAGE CONDUIT (2” electrical, exterior PVC) WITH PULL STRING FROM BUILDING TO CANTILEVER GATE OPERATORS TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR.
