Specifications include, but are not limited to: Decorative fence and gates - Install approximately 425’ linear feet of new 7’-ft high picket black coating metal fencing, per the attached drawing. - Install (1) new 22’ x 7’ cantilever slide gate with heavy duty gate operator and access controls. - Install (1) new 20’ x 7’ cantilever slide gate - Fencing and Gates shall be superior or equal to Aegis II-“Invincible 3-Rail” style by Ameristar. - The system shall consist of all components including, but not limited to, the following: pickets, rails, posts, and hardware. Access Controls - Install (1) Standalone keypad with 400 memory access control system with AI phones connected to the building with a 7-inch monitor - Power circuit shall be installed per code - install a (120v or 240v) single phase circuit, 167’ LF from mechanical room to gate operator and keypad location, in 2” conduit at a minimum depth of 18” , with an extra 2” conduit ran with a pull string for low voltage data cables. - Provide and install one (1) EMT conduit from existing panel in building to southeast corner. - Penetrate wall for two (2) 2" conduits. Chain link fence and gate - Install new approximately 787’ LF of 6’ tall with galvanized chain link fence with (3) strands of barbed wire, barb wire angle out from the inside. - Tie in new fencing to existing chain link motor pool fence, using all new mechanical ties and new barbed wire as needed. - Install (1) pair of manual chain link gates, to fill approximately a 15’ gate opening.
