Specifications include, but are not limited to: Installing a new fence and gates at the Athens National Guard Armory. Decorative fence and gates - Install approximately 298’ linear feet of new 7’-ft high picket black coating metal fencing, per the attached drawing. - Install (1) new 22’ x 7’ cantilever slide gate with heavy duty gate operator and access controls. - Fencing and Gates shall be superior or equal to Aegis II-“Invincible 3-Rail” style by Ameristar. - The system shall consist of all components including, but not limited to, the following: pickets, rails, posts, and hardware. Access Controls - Install (1) Standalone keypad with 400 memory access control system with AI phones connected to the building with a 7-inch monitor - Power circuit shall be installed per code - install a (120v or 240v) single phase circuit, 259’ LF from mechanical room to gate operator and keypad location, in 2” conduit at a minimum depth of 18” with an extra 2” conduit ran with a pull string for low voltage data cables. - Provide and install one (1) EMT conduit from existing panel in building to northeast corner. - Penetrate wall for two (2) 2" conduits.
