Contractor will provide a cost for all services for 2025 and 2026 Christmas Lighting. • Contractor may increase the cost per year by no more than 4.5% from the previous year’s total, for each additional year under the contract, until the contract’s expiration. • All lights and decor are to be set on timers. • The City will be responsible for ensuring that all the holly trees are trimmed prior to Contractor installation in October. • All lights and greenery are commercial grade and LED (aka not the same lights that are sold in big box stores). All lights should be tested to tested to exceed 75,000 burn hours and be covered under warranty (aka to be replaced at no charge, if the lights go out during display timeframe).
