Specifications include, but are not limited to: Maintenance Service every week, shall include the following: a. Maintenance of all landscape/flower beds, to include but not be limited to: i. Hand weeding beds ii. Spraying Pre-emergent herbicide in spring and during year weed killer as well iii. Pruning all plants and Trees in beds - and replacement of dead plants (at additional cost) iv. Adding additional stone if needed (at additional cost per year) v. Adding needed mulch, pine straw depending on each bed per year vi. Watering all flowers and plants as needed all season vii. Uniformed worker when on site to be identified as vendor grounds workers b. Spring/Fall services to include: i. Fertilize Plants (spring/fall) and flowers during growing season ii. This shall also include flower planting and removal each season (spring and fall) iii. Flowers shall be Pursland for summer months and Ornamental Cabbage for fall/winter
