Designer Scope: Construct an exterior corridor to connect the Gymnasium/Library and Classroom building and all required related work. The project will construct an enclosed walkway between new enlarged entry vestibules for both the Main Classroom Building and the Gymnasium/Library. The enclosed walkway and associated vestibules are approximately 2,678 square feet and approximately 140-foot in length. Work related to the enclosed walkway will include new storefront systems, HVAC units, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, security, access control, and electrical elements. Site work will include relocating the kitchen's existing grease trap, retaining wall and handicap ramp reconfiguration, regrading to ensure proper site drainage, and new landscaping.
