Work in general includes surface preparation, surface repair, caulking, sealants, patching and application of the paint coating to the surfaces for the interior of Smyrna Event Center as outlined in this specification. The area consists of lobby, hallways, restrooms, large room off right hallway, ball room, bus room, buffet room, dining room and 1 office behind wood wall. Preparation shall include: 1. Remove items from walls 2. Perform minor drywall repairs 3. Fill minor cracks, tape seams and holes in walls utilizing PCA standards 4. Prime bare and unpainted new work and repaired areas 5. Seal stains / water marks 6. Mask and protect areas not to be painted 7. Rehang all items that removed to paint Painting: 1. Paint previously painted doors/frames with 2 coats Emerald Trim Enamel semi-gloss or approved equal. 2. Paint walls in lobby, hallways, restrooms, large room off right hallway, ball room, bus room, buffet room, dining room, closet in dining room and office behind wood wall. 3. Walls to be painted with 2 coats of SuperPaint satin or approved equal.
