• Mirror current plans designs as they are well liked by employees • Provide additional plan design enhancements and identify group vision insurance options that are competitive and tailored to their workforce demographics • Contract with a carrier that offers an extensive and quality provider network based on vision services and geographical locations • Willingness to partner with the County and its benefits consultant to deliver reports and data for ongoing plan management and strategic planning • Demonstrate consistent and efficient plan administration in the ability to process claims timely and accurately • Provide a seamless implementation and transition with minimal disruption in network access, service discounts, administration and system platforms. • Design an effective communication and enrollment strategy for employees • Provide excellent customer service
