- Provide installation services for all provided list of emergency equipment. - Include all necessary materials for installation (e.g., wiring, fasteners, fittings, mounting hardware, switches, connectors, tape, etc.). - Include shipping costs of any vendor-supplied materials or equipment. - Provide itemized pricing for each equipment type and related installation materials. - Provide a shipping address (upfitting location) where vehicles will be delivered for service. - Provide pricing for delivery to 501 Odoms Bend RD. Gallatin, TN 37066. - If this location changes after the closing date of this RFP, the vendor is fully responsible for any associated cost differences, and all coordination of the vehicle move. - The agency has limited inventory of various emergency equipment that will be shipped to the selected vendor for installation. Upon award of the RFP, the Sumner County Sheriff's Office will provide two separate equipment lists for quote: - One including all equipment to be priced and installed (as if no inventory exists). - One excluding items the agency already has in inventory for installation.
