Project Description: Interior and exterior renovation to include atrium repairs, finish updates, window and roof replacement; mechanical system upgrades; and all required related work. Designer Scope: Provide design services to update the 3700 SF East Tennessee Intermediate Care Facility at 3960 Chuckey Pike, Chuckey TN. Design work will require new building finishes, new HVAC units and controls, and new generator and power infrastructure, and upgrades the building envelope including new roofing, doors, and windows. Fire protection piping and infrastructure to be converted to a complete dry system. Reconfiguration of some of existing spaces is required. Evaluation of existing concrete paving and sidewalks will also be required.
