Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objectives of this effort are as follows: - Provide overall project leadership, under the guidance of Project Sponsors and Steering Committee, to deliver Phases 1 and 2 in keeping with the Districts cost, schedule, scope, and quality expectations. This role will closely collaborate with the system integrators (ESD) project manager. - Provide independent monitoring and tracking of project schedule, cost, risk, scope and quality. - Provide functional leadership (Finance and Accounting, Human Resources) to drive design, configuration, data migration, and testing activities for the functional teams. These teams will include full and part-time team members from ESD, Shelby County Schools and Memphis City Schools employees.
