Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Tennessee, Department of Health (TDH) issues this Request for Information (“RFI”)for the purpose of identifying vendors with expertise and experience in delivering modernizedsolutions for managing public health dental services. The information obtained from responses tothis request will be used by TDH to plan the future procurement strategy for modernization ofsystems that support TDH dental services and business operations. We appreciate your inputand participation in this process. Through this RFI, TDH seeks information on industry solutions that currently exist in a production environment to support public health dental services programs. TDH will review responses to questions contained within this RFI and intends to observe the functionality of the vendors’ solutions in demonstrations. For the future procurement strategy, TDH is planning to consider all options available to meet the current needs as well as future needs of oral health services for the following:•Dental practice management solution, including but not limited to, dental clinic schedulingand clinical documentation, imaging, e-prescribing, patient portal, with future engagement into teledentistry;•Replace existing legacy system tracking clinical and non-clinical encounters;
