• Specimen collections; providing a vendor facility(s) for collection, services for on-site / mobile collections, utilizing various Metro sites throughout the City of Nashville, including Metro Nashville's Injury On Duty (IOD) Clinic as a collection site pick-up. Successful proposals will include the availability to collect specimens 24/7/365. Services must include random selection generation. • Providing laboratory services for drug test analysis. The laboratory utilized must be capable and experienced in all areas of drug testing as indicated in this request for services. This includes performing specimen analysis for the various drug profiles as listed in this request, including steroid drug tests and IRMS testing. One laboratory must be utilized to conduct both the steroid and non-steroid drug tests; Separation of specimens and/or additional specimen collections will not be an acceptable method for meeting these requirements. • Drug and alcohol testing and related services and the reporting of results shall be done in accordance with the established Metro Drug-Free Workplace Policy and as required by the U.S. Department of Transportation. Additional reporting requirements are established in this request for proposal.
