Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work shall consist of:1. Transitioning from the prior contractor's New Mexico New Hire Directory operation to anoperation by the successor contractor.2. Performing employer outreach in regards to New Hires Directory and National MedicalSupport Notice. . Receiving via multiple transmission methods and maintaining new hires employment data.4. Providing customer and technical service support to employers.5. Providing and transmitting periodic new hire data to designated public agencies.6. Providing statistical reports on the program to the Child Support Enforcement Division.7. Performing tasks to raise the employer compliance rate.8. Fulfilling all requirements for the New Hire Directory referenced in the laws cited above.9. Providing employers web-based National Medical Support Notice reporting.10. Providing all the following requirements as found in Section IV, Paragraph B, Subsection
