Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Meet with key stakeholders to identify the intentions of the project and develop the scope of design needed to meet those intentions and expectations. 2. Design and engineer changes, upgrades and renovations that are efficient, effective and comply with any and all codes, ordinances or other governing requirements, such as American Corrections Association (ACA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). 3. Conduct or coordinate any surveys, sampling, testing, locating services or other tasks related to site planning, design or construction. 4. Prepare all design documents and obtain all approvals required. 5. Provide for demolition and construction to accomplish structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sewage, roofing, abatement, weatherproofing, security and access control, low voltage, life safety, fire protection, landscaping, parking and any other necessary service or protocol in order to achieve the desired outcome. 6. Hold periodic project progress meetings and involve all pertinent parties. 7. Prepare and process change orders, track RFI’s, ASI’s and other correspondence and documents necessary
